CAJUN COUNTRY CAFE'

A Brief History:

Ann Ortis, owner of Cajun Country Cafe', opened her business on July 1, 1997 on Eden Street in Plaquemine.  From these modest accomodations, Cajun Country Cafe' grew into a thriving restaurant business. Some of the reasons for this fantastic growth include fast service, fresh home cooked "comfort" food and the overall cheerful atmosphere.
Most patrons are known by their first names and the regulars most often do not have to place an order as Ann seems to know what they want. Walking into Cajun Country Cafe' is akin to walking into one's own kitchen.
After being in business for 14 years, Ann realized she needed to expand.  On March 1, 2011,  she moved  to larger accomodations at 58370 Court Street, and business has been booming!  Cajun Country Cafe' specializes in home cooked meals and Ann serves three different plate lunches a day as well as salads, sandwiches and poboys.  Everything is home-made. If you haven't already, give us a try. You won't be disappointed.
